The fees you pay are solely for the hosting services of the platform. Deskk does not sell the application itself. Payments must be made in full as specified in your subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Deskk and all related services, including but not limited to logos, designs, and features, are the intellectual property of The Good Men Enterprise. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from Deskk services.
7. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Deskk. However, you grant us a license to use, host, and process your data to provide the service. We adhere to strict privacy policies and will take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Misuse of the platform may result in termination or suspension of your access.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Deskk is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use Deskk at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Men Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Good Men Enterprise from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Deskk, violation of these terms, or any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Deskk at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform.

16. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure Deskk is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may affect availability. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you in advance.
17. Third-Party Integrations
Deskk may integrate with third-party services, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these services. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms.
18. Customer Support
Deskk provides customer support through the channels outlined in your service agreement. Support availability may vary depending on your subscription tier.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deskk concerning your use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
